We’re looking for a Business Analyst with an entrepreneurial mindset and a bias for action to help us launch and grow our brand-new office in Austin, Texas.
Nalios is already among the Top 3 Odoo partners worldwide, and we’re just getting started. Our ambition? To become number one globally. Opening this new U.S. office is a strategic move to get us there, and we’re looking for the right people to build a solid foundation for future offices across the country.
Your mission? To guide our clients through their digital transformation using Odoo, a powerful and flexible business management platform. You’ll lead implementations from end to end: understanding business needs, designing tailored solutions, and delivering impactful results.
As a Business Analyst on our first U.S. team, you'll take on significant responsibility, help shape the local team, and work side by side with your U.S. colleagues, with direct access to our experienced consultants in Europe.
If you’re excited by the idea of being a pioneer and making a tangible impact on our U.S. growth : this role is for you.
What you'll do:
Analyze your clients’ functional needs and translate them into smart, effective Odoo solutions.
Design and execute project plans that align with your analysis and your clients’ goals.
Collaborate with teammates to share project insights and identify best practices.
Build trust with clients by offering expert guidance on both functional matters and business strategy.
Empower your clients to become confident and self-sufficient with their new Odoo system.
Maintain long-term relationships with your client portfolio through proactive follow-up and support.
We're involved in a wide variety of projects quickly, with direct client contact, and every business has its own specific needs, which means no two days are the same.
The team is also a big part of what makes Nalios special. We can always count on each other and have fun together.
One thing’s for sure: you’ll never get bored at Nalios, and you can feel yourself growing every single day.
We're a fast-growing company with big ambitions, and that's exactly why we're looking for someone who's not afraid to roll up their sleeves, wear multiple hats, and challenge the status quo. If you're eager to make a real impact and help shape the future of Nalios in the U.S., you'll fit right in.
We're looking for someone who will hold us to a high standard, because we'll do the same for you.
What you bring:
1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in business analysis, software implementation, or B2B consulting.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
A proven ability to build strong client relationships and translate business needs into high-impact solutions.
A proactive, hands-on attitude with a natural ability to take initiative and lead when needed.
A solution-oriented mindset : you're focused on fixing things, not just pointing them out.
The ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
What we offer:
Our goal is to create a work environment where you can do your best work, allowing you to grow quickly and take on responsibilities within a fast-growing company.
A competitive compensation package with a base salary and comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.
$65,000 - $90,000 (depending on experience)
A collaborative and supportive international team, with direct access to experts in business analysis, development, and project management.
A unique opportunity to take part in the U.S. launch of a fast-growing European tech company, and make a real impact from day one.
A key role with autonomy and ownership, where your ideas and initiative will directly shape our success in the U.S.
A learning-first environment with onboarding, mentoring, and hands-on coaching. We'll train you and support you through your Odoo certification.
A clear path to leadership, with the opportunity to help build and manage a future services team as we scale.
The details:
- Compensation: $65,000 – $90,000 base salary, depending on experience.
- Health coverage: Medical, dental and vision insurance.
- Tax-advantaged accounts: Pre-tax health and dependent care savings accounts.

- Time off: 20 days of paid time off per year and 8 days of paid sick leave. Holidays that fall on a weekend are observed on the nearest Friday or Monday.
- Reporting line: You'll report directly to our CEO, who spent years leading Odoo implementations as a Lead Business Analyst. You'll learn from someone who has done this job, with no layers in between.
- Team: You'll join at the ground floor of a small, close-knit U.S. team that we plan to grow quickly.
- Work authorization: Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship at this time
