We’re on the lookout for a sharp, motivated Business Developer ready to make an impact and drive Nalios’ fast-growing presence in the U.S. market, starting from Austin, Texas.

At Nalios, we help companies successfully transform their operations through Odoo – an all-in-one management software known for its simplicity, flexibility, and power.

As a Business Developer, you are the go-to commercial point of contact for new prospects. You'll be working directly with decision-makers at fast-growing companies looking to digitalize and optimize their operations.

You're not just a seller – you're a trusted advisor, guiding clients from first contact to long-term partnership. You’ll also act as a bridge between new clients and our internal teams of consultants and developers.

We’re setting up our U.S. expansion, starting from Austin – our launchpad for building strong client relationships across the country. Expect a hybrid setup: some remote work, meetings with clients across the region, and the opportunity to help shape Nalios’ growth locally.


In concrete terms, your mission will consist of:

Attract and inspire new prospects by showing them the power of Odoo and the unique expertise Nalios brings to the table.  

Tailor and deliver personalized product demos that speak directly to each client's needs, no cookie-cutter pitches here.

Launch targeted marketing compaigns and represent Nalios at key networking events across Austin and beyond, become the face of our U.S. presence.  

Be the spark that starts long-term partnerships : you're not juste closing deals, you're building trust. 


Help build and lead our U.S. Sales team as we grow, and play a key role in Nalios' American expansion adventure ! 


Act as the voice of the U.S. market : gather insights from prospects and clients to help shape Nalios' local strategy and fine-tune our go-to market approach.

Here’s what we believe is essential for this role:

3 to 7 years of experience in a similar role, specially in B2B services and/or SaaS/Softwares sales.

A University degree, or an unconventional path that proves you have exceptional skills and real-world experience.

A proven ability to build strong client relationship and deliver outstanding customer value.

A proactive, hands-on attitude with a natural ability to take initiative and lead when needed. 

A solution-driven mindset : you're focused on fixing things, not just pointing them out. 

The ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
