New Expense Card for Businesses
Odoo launches its new Expense Card feature, in partnership with Mastercard and Stripe Issuing, to allow businesses to manage their professional expenses more smoothly, securely, and centrally.
Prerequisites
Must be based in Europe (USA will be available soon)
1. Activate the Expense Card option and accept the terms and conditions

2. Have a Stripe account and connect it via the "Connect" button
Loading Money on the Account
Once this is done, all transactions related to the credit cards will be included in the journal created for this purpose : Stripe Issuing

With the “Top-up” button, you can add money to the linked bank account in just a few clicks.

Transactions take 2 to 3 business days.
Through the journal, you can get an overview of all transactions.

Card Management
From the Expenses app, you can manage your employees' cards. Several statuses are possible :
- Blocked
- Draft
- On hold
- Pending
- Active

Card Configuration

Type : Option to have a physical or virtual card
Countries : Option to limit countries
Categories : Option to only allow certain merchant codes (e.g., food and beverages only)
Limite : Set limits per day/week/month/year/unlimited and/or per transaction
From the Card Details tab, you can view the details of each card.

Card Usage
When the card is used, it automatically generates an expense in Odoo.
