We're taking care of integrating Odoo.
Simplify. Digitise. Grow.
Our Odoo integration methodology... in 3 steps
1. Analyse: audit of your processes and specifications
We carry out a comprehensive assessment of your organisation: mapping your internal processes, identifying functional requirements and defining the Odoo specifications. This analysis phase enables us to configure only those Odoo modules that are relevant to your business, thereby ensuring a successful Odoo deployment.
2. Implementation: configuration, migration and training
Our certified Odoo consultants will handle the installation, configuration and customisation of your ERP system. We will manage the migration of your existing data (Excel, CSV, API) and train your teams to ensure a quick and efficient transition.
3. Development: support, maintenance and continuous improvement
Once the system goes live, we provide responsive Odoo support and ongoing assistance. Whether it’s version upgrades, adding modules or bespoke developments, your Odoo ERP evolves alongside your business.

Our approach
Being supported by Nalios means benefiting from Odoo expertise to optimize your business processes with tailored solutions and dedicated support. Our approach is structured around three key steps: analysis, implementation, and evolution.

The first step "Analyze" involves conducting a thorough diagnosis of your internal processes to fully understand your specific needs. This allows us to define the most suitable Odoo solutions to optimize your operations.
The second step "Implement" includes the installation and configuration of the Odoo solution, as well as the data migration. We also make sure to train your teams to ensure a smooth and effective system adoption.
Finally, the last step "Evolve" marks the go-live of the solution. At this stage, we provide continuous support to ensure everything runs smoothly, and we make regular adjustments to keep up with the evolution of your business.
These three steps not only ensure a successful transition to Odoo but also guarantee continuous improvement of your business processes, aligned with your company's growing needs.

Onze aanpak

Our expertise in Odoo
As an Odoo Gold Partner integrator, we have expertise in all the ERP modules to meet all your management needs:
Odoo and nothing else...
Odoo is an all-in-one open-source ERP system that brings all your business management functions together on a single platform: sales, purchasing, stock, accounting, production, HR and marketing — without having to juggle multiple disconnected software programmes. Modular by design, it can be configured precisely to meet your actual needs and scales with your business, without ever forcing you to pay for features you don’t need.
Unlike traditional ERP systems such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo has been designed to be user-friendly from day one: its intuitive interface significantly reduces the time needed to train your teams and speeds up adoption within the organisation. There’s no need for a dedicated IT department to run it: this is one of the reasons why SMEs and mid-market companies are adopting it in droves.
Available as a hosted cloud solution (SaaS) or installed on your own servers (on-premise), Odoo adapts to your technical requirements and data security policy. Both options comply with GDPR requirements, and the cloud version benefits from automatic updates without any disruption to service.
With over 7 million users in 160 countries and more than 30 native modules, plus over 16,000 community-developed applications, Odoo now covers virtually all the management needs of a modern business.
It is the most comprehensive, flexible and affordable ERP system on the market: a credible alternative to SAP, Sage or Cegid, at a fraction of the deployment cost.
And because Odoo is open source, you’re never locked into a vendor lock-in: your solution belongs to you; it can be audited, customised and transferred.
With Nalios, you can count on a reliable, experienced Odoo partner who is fully committed to the success of your Odoo project
Integrating Odoo: frequently asked questions
The cost of an Odoo project depends on three main factors: the number of modules to be deployed, the level of customisation required, and the number of users. As a rough guide, an entry-level project for an SME starts at around €5,000 to €10,000 for a limited scope (sales + invoicing). A full multi-module deployment for a mid-sized company can cost between €50,000 and €150,000. Added to this is the cost of the Odoo Enterprise licence, charged per user per month. The best way to obtain a reliable estimate is still to have a preliminary audit of your requirements.
An initial production batch can be achieved within 4 to 8 weeks within a clearly defined pilot scope. A full-scale deployment, incorporating multiple modules, data migration and change management, typically takes between 3 and 6 months. The duration depends primarily on the complexity of your processes, the quality of your existing data and the availability of your in-house teams. Our recommendation: start with a limited scope, validate, then expand.
Odoo Community is the open-source version, which is free and maintained by the community. It covers essential needs but is limited in terms of certain advanced modules (full accounting, timesheets, helpdesk, electronic signatures, etc.). Odoo Enterprise is the commercial version, charged per user, which includes all modules, official cloud hosting, automatic updates and Odoo support. For most businesses seeking a comprehensive, long-term solution, Enterprise is the recommended choice. Community is better suited to organisations with in-house technical resources.
Odoo is designed for any business looking to centralise its management and improve operational efficiency. It is particularly well-suited to SMEs with 10 to 500 employees, but mid-market companies with several thousand users also make use of it. No sector is excluded: manufacturing, retail, commerce, construction, services, e-commerce, and non-profit organisations. The real criterion is not size, but the desire to structure and digitise processes.
There are no specific technical requirements for your users; Odoo can be accessed via a web browser, with no installation required. However, a successful integration project depends on a few organisational factors: a committed internal sponsor (senior management or a business line manager), relatively clean existing data for migration, and the availability of business experts for configuration workshops. The more prepared your organisation is for change, the faster and more efficient the deployment will be.
