We are looking for a Business Analyst with an entrepreneurial spirit and limitless pro-activity to help our customers in German-speaking Switzerland with the digital transformation of their business, using management software unmatched in simplicity and flexibility.
Nalios is already an established Odoo partner in Switzerland, and we are now building our presence in German-speaking Switzerland, based out of Bern and Zurich.
This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground floor of this expansion, and to help shape what our German-speaking Switzerland office becomes.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in helping your customers implement their Odoo projects from A to Z.
After an intense onboarding period, you will be given full independence and responsibility over your own projects. We are specifically looking for a highly entrepreneurial and autonomous profile: someone who, as they grow into the role, could take on the responsibility of leading and developing our German-speaking Switzerland office.
What you can expect in this role:
Analyse your customers' functional requirements and translate them into optimal Odoo solutions
Propose a project plan in line with your analysis and implement it end-to-end
Gain the trust of your customers with sound business and functional advice
Make your customers as autonomous as possible with their new solution
Organize the long-term follow-up of your customer portfolio, with a focus on service excellence
Contribute to building Nalios' presence and reputation in German-speaking Switzerland
But that's not all! We're a young, fast-growing company with big ambitions in Switzerland. That's why we're looking for a real "jack-of-all-trades" who can also contribute to the company's development in the region and, over time, take the lead in managing and developing our German-speaking Switzerland office.
Requirements
A university degree or an atypical career path demonstrating strong experience and skills
You recently graduated or have a first professional experience. Senior profiles are considered when there is proven experience with Odoo.
Provide an excellent service to your customers while adapting your approach to the person you're dealing with
Fluent in German and French, or German and English (written and spoken)
An entrepreneurial, autonomous personality, proactive and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
The desire to learn every day and to adapt constantly and rapidly
Nice to have
It's far from essential, but if that's your case, it's no bad thing.
- Experience in IT project management and knowledge of programming languages
- Experience in business analysis or ERP implementation
- An existing network or familiarity with the SME landscape in German-speaking Switzerland
