Odoo Awards 2026 : Nalios International nominé Best Partner Europe
Sophie Dumont (sdu)

On July 22, Odoo unveiled the official list of its nominees for the 2026 Awards. In the Best Partner Europe category, five integrators are in the running, and Nalios International is among them. Here’s what this nomination represents, the criteria it is based on, and why it primarily belongs to our teams and our clients.

01Five partners in the running for Europe

Every year, Odoo recognizes the most successful partners in its global network during the Odoo Awards. The ceremony takes place as part of the Odoo Experience and rewards several categories, divided by geographical area.

For the 2026 edition, the Best Partner Europe category brings together five nominees:

  • Captivea
  • IT Consulting Studio73
  • Dynapps NV
  • Nalios International
  • OBS Solutions GmbH

For a company born in Wallonia and which has become a network of agencies present in Belgium, France, Switzerland, the Caribbean, and the United States in just a few years, being among the top five partners in Europe is not a mere communication detail. It is the recognition, by the publisher itself, of work carried out over several years.

02What a nomination for the Odoo Awards really is

The nuance deserves to be clarified, because it changes everything: the Odoo Awards are not a competition you enter. There is no application file, no popular vote, no mobilization campaign to orchestrate.

Odoo selects its nominees from its entire network of official partners, several thousand companies spread across all continents, based on objective data from its own system.

In other words: it is the numbers that speak, not the speeches. And that is precisely what gives this nomination its value. It does not reward a nice presentation; it acknowledges a result.

03The three criteria on which the selection is based

Odoo explicitly states in its announcement: the nominees were selected for their excellence based on three criteria.

1 · Customer retention

It is by far the most revealing indicator, and the hardest to disguise. A customer who stays is a customer whose project is working, whose ERP evolves with their business, and who finds in front of them a contact who understands their profession.

In a sector where ERP projects can result in costly breakages, retention measures only one thing: has the initial promise been kept over time?

2 · The growth in the number of Odoo Enterprise users

This criterion measures the ability to grow the ecosystem: convincing new companies, but also supporting existing customers in deploying Odoo to new departments, new subsidiaries, new countries.

It is as much an indicator of trust as it is of growth. An organization only extends its ERP to all its activities if the first step has gone well.

3 · The Odoo certifications obtained by the teams

The third criterion is undoubtedly the most telling about a company's culture. Odoo certifications cannot be bought: they are obtained, individually, by consultants who have taken the time to train, review, and validate their skills on the successive versions of the software.

A high number of certifications means that a company is genuinely investing in the skill development of its teams, rather than urgently recruiting for every new project.

04What these criteria say about our profession

Put together, these three indicators outline a fairly accurate definition of what a good ERP partner should be: someone who retains their clients, helps them grow, and trains their teams to go the distance.

This is also, more or less, how we have conceived our business since day one. We have never sought to be the partner that delivers the fastest, but the one with whom companies stay, because an ERP is judged over five years, not five months.

An ERP project is not measured on the day of production launch, but by the years during which it continues to serve the company.

💡 The Nalios perspective

Customer retention is the indicator we monitor most closely internally, well before revenue. A client leaving is almost always a sign of a misalignment that occurred upstream: a poorly qualified need, a scope accepted too quickly, a shortened training.

This is why our business analysts take the time to challenge a shaky specifications document, even when it delays the signing. The cost of an additional month of framing is always less than that of a project that goes off track.

05A nomination that belongs to our teams and our clients

It would be dishonest to present this nomination as an abstract business success. Behind each of the three criteria, there are people.

Our teams, first. Customer retention means consultants who pick up their phone when a client is stuck on a Friday night. It means project managers who meet deadlines without sacrificing quality. Certifications are hours of training taken from already full schedules, exams taken in addition to daily tasks, a requirement that no one imposed from above. To all our teams, in each of our agencies: this nomination is yours.

Our clients, next. No partner can display a good retention rate without clients who trust them over time. We measure what this represents: choosing an ERP means entrusting an external provider with the nervous system of your company, accepting to be challenged on your processes, dedicating internal time to a project whose effects will only be seen later. Every successfully completed project is the result of a joint effort. Our clients are not the beneficiaries of this nomination; they are its co-authors.
