Odoo Experience 2026: the checklist for Odoo clients who want to leave with something concrete
>> The checklist at the bottom of the page.
September 24 – 26 · Brussels Expo · Stand Nalios, Hall 6, E4
More than 350 conferences. Tens of thousands of visitors. Three intense days where everyone is there at the same time. The Odoo Experience is the annual reference event for the Odoo ecosystem, and if you don't have a plan, you leave with a pile of flyers and a lot of fatigue.
This checklist is not for companies discovering Odoo. It is for those who are already using it and want to get the most out of these three days: knowing what to prepare beforehand, what to focus on onsite, and what to do afterwards so that good intentions turn into concrete actions.
Before the event: what to prepare, no matter what
The classic mistake is to arrive with your hands in your pockets thinking you'll see things on site. With 350 conferences on the agenda, not having built your schedule in advance ensures you'll miss the sessions that really mattered.
Here’s what to do before you leave:
Register and pick up your pass. Basic access is free. No excuse not to register.
Block the opening keynote. Thursday 8:30 AM. This is when Odoo 20 will be officially unveiled. This time slot is non-negotiable.
Build your conference agenda in advance. You can't see everything. It's better to choose five sessions that are truly relevant to your business than to wander from one room to another.
Reserve your time slots at the booths. Including the Nalios booth, Hall 6, E4. We prepare the exchange in advance: you arrive with your questions, we arrive with answers.
Write down your questions before coming. On site, between the conferences, meetings, and the general atmosphere, you forget. The questions noted in advance, a few days before, are often the most important.
You are already an Odoo customer: five priorities for your three days
If you are already using Odoo, the challenge is no longer to discover. It's to make decisions. Migration to Odoo 20, new features for your modules, automation, upcoming projects. Here’s how to structure your presence.
1. List your current pain points. And your open questions. This is the time to ask them directly to the experts, rather than thinking about them on the train back.
2. Target the new features of Odoo 20 that affect your modules. Accounting, inventory, CRM, production. The rest can wait.
3. Ask about your migration. To Odoo 20, what it implies for your specific developments, and what timeline you should commit to.
4. See the use cases of AI connected to Odoo. To automate the repetitive tasks that consume your teams' time.
5. Go see your integrator. To frame your upcoming projects live, without back-and-forth emails. Nalios stand, Hall 6, E4.
On site: three reflexes to keep
Attend at least one conference in your sector. Not just the general ones. Sector-specific sessions are often the most content-rich and directly applicable.
See live demonstrations. Rather than staying in the aisles. It's by seeing the tool in action that we identify what is missing or what could simplify an existing process.
Keep time for exchanges. It's often there that ideas are born. Between two sessions, in the queues, at the stand. Unplanned conversations are sometimes the most useful.
After: don't let all that sleep in a bag
Leaving with something concrete means deciding before going home. Not when you return to normal work a week later.
Leave with three concrete actions to launch. Not a pile of flyers. Three actions, identified, assigned, with a deadline.
Reconnect with the people you met during the week. As long as the exchange is still fresh. A LinkedIn message on Friday is better than a forgotten email two weeks later.
We are waiting for you at the Nalios stand, Hall 6, E4
Nalios will be present all three days. Book your slot in advance on nalios.com : we prepare the exchange in advance, you leave with answers.
And on Saturday, we will be at the Odoo Awards. Nalios is nominated Best Odoo Partner Europe.
