Attentia x Nalios: HR and payroll, finally connected

Europe/Brussels
Add to calendar:

Many SMEs face the same HR difficulties: manual entry, information that circulates poorly between human resources and payroll, and little overall visibility. The Thursday, October 22 in Namur, the Social Secretariat Attentia and the integrator Odoo Nalios invite you to an evening to confront these issues and, above all, to discuss what works.

01 The observation

Between a management tool and a social secretariat, there is often an intermediate file. An export, a spreadsheet, a form to copy. Each entry and each exit of personnel, each contract change, each variable of the month goes through human manipulation.

It works, until it doesn't. A forgotten line, a data entry made twice differently, a correction that comes after the closure. The cost is not just the time spent: it is also the mental burden of checking, and the lack of consolidated view when management asks a simple question about the payroll.

This issue is neither new nor spectacular. It is simply rarely addressed head-on.

02 On the agenda

1 · Less manual work, fewer errors

How an integrated approach concretely reduces data entry and error risks between your HR processes and your payroll. We show the principle and what it really involves to implement.

2 · Where your efficiency gains are located

Not all gains are equal, and they are not in the same place depending on your size, your sector, and your turnover. The goal is for you to leave with a clear idea of where your own room for improvement lies.

3 · Does this integration make sense for you

The real question, and the one we will be direct about. An integration between HR and payroll is not relevant for all structures. You should be able to leave with an answer, even if it's no.

03 A discussion, not a presentation

This is the important point. This session is primarily a substantive exchange, with ample room for questions, interaction, and sharing experiences among participants.

It is co-facilitated by Attentia, on the social secretariat and payroll side, and by Nalios, on the Odoo and integration side. Both professions in the same room, which allows for answering a question from start to finish rather than sending you to the other interlocutor.

The question is not whether the integration is technically possible. It is whether it is worth it for you.

💡 The Nalios perspective

A HR and payroll integration is not justified everywhere. Below a certain volume of personnel movements, the time saved does not compensate for the effort of implementation and maintenance. There are situations where a well-structured manual process remains the right choice.

We will say it during the evening if that is your case. An information session from which everyone leaves convinced to buy is not an information session.

04 Who is this evening for?

For HR managers, payroll and finance professionals, as well as leaders and operations managers of SMEs and mid-sized organizations who wish to optimize their HR and payroll processes.

The small committee format assumes that you can talk about your real situation. This is what makes these sessions useful, and it is also why the number of places is intentionally limited.
