On Tuesday, October 6, Odoo brings together leaders and professionals at its offices in Louvain-la-Neuve for an evening entirely dedicated to artificial intelligence in Odoo 20. Nalios is a sponsoring partner, and our teams will be on site all evening.

01 An Odoo evening dedicated to AI

Artificial intelligence in an ERP has long been a promise. With Odoo 20, it enters the product, and the question changes nature: it is no longer about whether it is possible, but about distinguishing what is usable in production from what still needs to mature.

This evening is an opportunity to see the features presented and demonstrated by those who built them, and then to discuss them directly with the Odoo teams and the integrators present.

Describe a page in a few sentences rather than assembling it block by block. AI builds the structure, you then adjust.
Search, Create, Update
Find information, create or modify a record in natural language. Voice command is also part of it.
AI autofill
Automatically fill in fields of client, prospect, or product records from public sources, to reduce data entry.
Assisted writing
Emails, product descriptions, reports, and internal communications, written from the context already present in your database.
Agentic automation
Delegate repetitive tasks to an agent that executes actions according to your business rules: sales follow-ups, reminders, validations.
Accounting
An agent that reads your accounts, identifies trends, and reports anomalies or points that deserve your attention.

03 An introduction by Fabien Pinckaers

The evening opens with a speech from the founder and CEO of Odoo, who will present his view on artificial intelligence and the role it now plays in product strategy.

This is the part that you won't find in documentation: the reasoning behind the features, and the trade-offs that led to these rather than others.

Seeing a function demonstrated is one thing. Knowing what it does with your data and your processes is another.
