From September 24 to 26, Odoo will unveil its version 20 at Brussels Expo. Our teams will be there for all three days, in the halls, to follow the announcements as they happen. On Tuesday, October 13, Fanny Dozier and Zora Gilet will present what really matters.
01 Three days on site, for you
Odoo Experience is three days, dozens of conferences in parallel, and a new version announced throughout the sessions. Impossible to follow everything, even while being there.
Our teams will be present for all three days, spread across the talks dedicated to new features. It's a big part of the job: being in the right room at the right time, taking notes, asking the questions you would ask.

02 What we will provide you
Not a comprehensive report, but a selection. It's the difference between reading the release notes and understanding what will change for you.
1 · The major new features, prioritized
What really changes in V20, module by module, with a priority order. Not all announcements carry the same weight, and some will only concern a minority of companies.
2 · What it concretely implies
A feature announced on stage and a feature usable in production are two different things. We will say what seems mature to us, what will require configuration, and what is better to wait for another version.
3 · Your questions
A time for exchange at the end of the session. If you are wondering what V20 changes for your specific configuration, now is the time to ask.
03 Why the detailed program is not here yet
Because it would be dishonest to publish it now. At the moment we open registrations, Odoo has not yet presented V20. Therefore, we do not know the list of new features, and no one really knows it before the announcements.
What we guarantee you is not a precise content: it is a filter. Two business analysts who spend three days on-site, then about ten days sorting, to save you the hours you won't spend sifting through the documentation.
The final program will be communicated to registrants in the week following Odoo Experience.
A new version is not a list of functions. It is a series of decisions to be made about what you adopt, and when.

A new version is not a reason to migrate. Each version upgrade has a cost, in testing, training, and adapting your specific developments. The right question is not whether V20 is better, but whether what it brings justifies the effort at your place, now.
We will address this question head-on during the webinar, including when the answer is to wait.
