As a Business Analyst at Nalios, you take on responsibilities from the start on real client projects. You analyze their business processes, transform their challenges into smart solutions in Odoo, and support clients from analysis to implementation.
No two projects are alike. One day, you are at a client to map their processes, the next day, you work with your team on a solution or train users. This way, you quickly develop a solid understanding of the business while seeing the concrete impact of your work.

What does a Business Analyst do at Nalios?
As a Business Analyst, you combine analysis, client contact, and project management. You support companies in their digital growth and see the direct impact of your work.

What you bring
You don’t need to be an Odoo expert yet.
We are primarily looking for someone with an analytical mind, who enjoys working with clients and learns quickly.
You have a solid academic background or relevant experience demonstrating your ability to manage complex business issues.
You enjoy working with clients and you value helping them make concrete progress.
You learn quickly and you adapt easily to new companies, new processes, and new situations.
You communicate easily in Dutch and English, both with clients and with your colleagues.
You take initiatives and responsibilities without waiting for someone to tell you what the next step is.
You think analytically and solution-oriented and you enjoy complex issues.
Where are you today?
You are at the beginning of your career or you already have some professional experience. For junior profiles, no experience with Odoo is required: we teach you how to use the software and train you in our way of working during your onboarding.
For more experienced profiles, we are looking for candidates who have already worked on Odoo implementations.
Additional assets
You do not necessarily have to master all the points below. If you already have experience in one or more of these areas, it’s a real plus:
- experience in business analysis ;
- experience in IT project management ;
- affinity with IT, ERP systems, or programming ;
- previous experience with Odoo.
