Report cards in the parent portal
Free bridge between the Grading & Report Cards and Portal add-ons of Course & Activity School Management: the published report cards of each child appear in the parent portal, ready to download. It is installed automatically when both add-ons are installed.
What it adds
Published once, always at hand
In the Progress tab
Each child's page of the parent portal lists the published report cards: term, season, general average and publication date.
PDF download
The same PDF as the one emailed at publication, with the school logo, generated on demand.
Only published, only theirs
Draft and validated report cards stay internal. A family only reaches the report cards of its own children: any other link answers "not found".
On the phone too
It follows the mobile layout of the portal and its installable web app.
Part of Course & Activity School
This module needs the paid app Course & Activity School Management (course_school) and its two free add-ons Grading & Report Cards (course_school_grading) and Portal (course_school_portal). Search for them on the Odoo Apps Store. This bridge itself is free: the price displayed on this listing is the one of the main app, which it requires.
