Recalls that include your counter sales
Free add-on for Product & Lot Recall Campaigns: the impact analysis of a recall also counts the recalled lots sold at the Point of Sale. It is installed automatically when both are installed.
What it adds
Sold at the counter, counted in the recall
Sales per lot
Paid Point of Sale orders whose lines carry a recalled lot (or a lot made with it) appear as Sold at the Point of Sale, with the order reference. Refunds at the counter are deducted.
Identified customers
When the order has a customer, that customer joins the campaign like the ones you delivered: recall notice, acknowledgement, letter, returns.
Anonymous sales
Sales without a customer are counted (units and orders) and reported in the closing report, so you can size the public recall notice.
No double count
The stock moves of the Point of Sale are replaced by the orders, so a sale is never counted as a delivery too.
