Betramos: filled waffles exported worldwide

Founded in 1989 in Andenne (Belgium), Betramos manufactures Magic Waffles filled waffles. The majority of its production is exported, from the United States to Australia, with different requirements for each market and each customer.

Controlled export invoicing
Customs codes, EORI number, export payment terms, and factoring are configured in Odoo, so that each invoice goes out with the correct information.
The requirements of each retailer
Invoices comply with the format imposed by each client, including electronic invoicing Peppol with the GLN codes required by large retailers. Certifications (RSPO, "Made in Belgium"…) are automatically included.
Lots, dates, and assortments
Each carton carries its lots and minimum shelf life dates, including mixed flavor cartons. Raw materials undergo quality controls upon receipt.
