Moving People

Moving People is a recruitment agency specialising in facilitating the relocation and recruitment of healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, dentists, etc.) in Belgium and France. Since 2005, the agency has been offering comprehensive services, including language training, administrative support for document management and assistance with accommodation, thus ensuring a smooth professional transition for international talent. As part of their collaboration with Nalios, the first phase of the project consisted of removing unnecessary developments and migrating from the SH solution to SaaS. Moving People then switched to Odoo to manage all of the following activities: CRM, Sales and Invoicing to manage employer relations, Project to effectively track assignments and matching between employers and candidates, Signature for online contract signing, Recruitment and Employees for optimised candidate management, and finally Surveys to measure satisfaction and feedback.
