View a Quote as a Primary Contact vs. Subscriber (Access Token)

The links and buttons redirecting to sent quotes differ depending on whether the recipient is a contact or a subscriber. In this video, Louise explains the behavior behind this, focusing on the concept of access tokens. This access allows the customer to view the quote from their customer portal without needing to authenticate, while subscribers must provide their username and password to access it. To avoid this, you can give portal access to your subscribers.
