Customer Success Manager

As a Customer Success Manager, you will join our HQ in Suarlée, near Namur, within a team of 30 people where everyone knows each other, where mutual support is the order of the day, and where no one is just a number. A human-sized structure, but with the ambition and references of a major market player. 

But Nalios is much bigger than that : we are also present in Flanders, in Switzerland, in France, in Martinique, in the United States...
And a little secret: we are not going to stop there... :-)

The sales team is intentionally small. You work directly with the Head of Sales, no intermediate hierarchical layer, a direct impact on strategy and results. 


Very concretely, your role consists of:

You join the sales team as a Customer Success Manager. From the first discussions with a new client, you are present as responsible commercial of theproject. You carry the relationship from the first meeting to the go-live, and well beyond. You ensure that each project starts well, runs well, and ends well. 

Your playground : our existing clients. You know them, you weave a privileged relationship with them over time, and you become their trusted contact at Nalios. 

Regarding your responsibilities:


Presence from the beginning, commitment until the end 

You are commercially involved from the early stages of the project. You lay the right foundations, align expectations, and ensure that the transition to the project teams happens smoothly. You remain the guiding thread throughout the cycle. 


Proactive follow-up of your clients

You anticipate needs, you detect weak signals before they become problems. You prevent crises rather than manage them. 


Development of the relationship

You build a lasting trust relationship. Your clients talk about Nalios around them — you create Customer Success Stories and referrals because you have truly supported them well. 



Internal coordination

You connect the client with the project, support, and management teams. You ensure that commitments are met.


Identification of upsell opportunities

You detect unmet needs: new modules, scope extensions, complementary services. You feed the pipeline and directly contribute to customer revenue growth.

The desired profile:

A experience in the world of ERP or digital solutions, with a strong sense of B2B customer contact.

Experience with Odoo (sales, implementation, or project management) is a real asset

You have a working knowledge of French and English, Dutch is a plus.

You listen before speaking , and you understand the , et tu comprends les business stakes of your clients beyond the features Odoo

You are organized, reliable, and you hate bad surprises as much as your clients.

You are comfortable over time : you build relationships, not just contracts.

It is also important to hold a valid B driver's license and be eligible to work in Belgium (unfortunately, we cannot provide support at this level).

Compensation & flexibility

The indicative gross salary for this position is between €2,400 - €2,800, depending on your experience, your level of seniority, and your knowledge of our business.
In addition to that, you also receive commissions based on your results. 

At Nalios, we operate with a flexible salary package logic: an annual budget is defined for the position, then you can compose part of your package according to your needs and priorities.

On top of that, our cafeteria plan also allows you to adapt certain benefits: insurance, IT equipment, additional leave, bike leasing, warrants, etc.

We also place a lot of importance on daily flexibility: remote work, variable hours, and autonomy in organizing work are part of our way of operating.
